Terms and Conditions of Coopelesca Tours

  • All reservations and cancellations must be received in advance and in writing to the email reservaciones@coopelesca.co.cr.
  • This activity will be operated only by prior reservation, in groups of at least 10 people and a maximum of 30 people.
  • Reservations will be subject to availability at the time of processing your request and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
  • The prices indicated apply per person and include the services indicated in the description.
  • Payment must be made in full at least 15 days in advance.
  • All payments must be made by electronic transfer to the Coopelesca RL accounts indicated by our sales agent.
  • Coopelesca Tours is not responsible for reasons of force majeure such as: pandemics, storms, earthquakes or earthquakes; Therefore, it reserves the right of analysis to reschedule activities caused by force majeure.
  • Pets are not allowed in any of our facilities.
  • In case of cancellation by our clients the applicable penalty will be the following:
    • 30 days or more to the date of the activity, no charge will be applied.
    • 15 days to the date of the activity, a 25% of the total cost of the reservation will be penalized.
    • 8 days to the date of the activity, a 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be penalized.
    • Less than 8 days to the date of the activity, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be penalized.
