- All reservations and cancellations must be received in advance and in writing to the email reservaciones@coopelesca.co.cr.
- This activity will be operated only by prior reservation, in groups of at least 10 people and a maximum of 30 people.
- Reservations will be subject to availability at the time of processing your request and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
- The prices indicated apply per person and include the services indicated in the description.
- Payment must be made in full at least 15 days in advance.
- All payments must be made by electronic transfer to the Coopelesca RL accounts indicated by our sales agent.
- Coopelesca Tours is not responsible for reasons of force majeure such as: pandemics, storms, earthquakes or earthquakes; Therefore, it reserves the right of analysis to reschedule activities caused by force majeure.
- Pets are not allowed in any of our facilities.
- In case of cancellation by our clients the applicable penalty will be the following:
- 30 days or more to the date of the activity, no charge will be applied.
- 15 days to the date of the activity, a 25% of the total cost of the reservation will be penalized.
- 8 days to the date of the activity, a 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be penalized.
- Less than 8 days to the date of the activity, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be penalized.
